Chef Victor Legaspi brings more than three decades of culinary mastery to Splendido Tagaytay and Country Club. With a distinguished career spanning five-star hotels, beach resorts, Michelin-starred and AA Rosette-awarded restaurants across the Philippines and the United Kingdom, Chef Victor is a true artist in the kitchen.

 

From his early days at renowned establishments like Hyatt Regency and Heritage Hotel, to leading roles in premier Tagaytay destinations such as Bag of Beans and Casiana Hotel, Chef Victor has consistently elevated every kitchen he’s led. His global experience includes a 12-year tenure in Scotland under Chefs in Scotland, where he served as Executive Chef in several award-winning fine dining hotels.

 

At Splendido, Chef Vic brings his signature blend of high-quality standards, innovative menu planning, and deep culinary insight to every dish served. His leadership ensures that each dining experience is not just a meal, but a memorable journey of flavor and hospitality.

 

Notably, Chef Vic is also a silver medalist in the Philippine Culinary Cup (2016) and has served as a guest chef examiner at the Center for Culinary Arts, Manila—further proving his dedication to both culinary excellence and mentorship.
